Emma's 2nd entry - The ugly cycle: impressive first impressions

I am now doing some really interesting subjects, some a bit questionable but mostly interesting. Mandarin is a hoot, but my favorite subjects are 'documentary' and 'sound design'. I have very passionate and enthusiastic teachers for both.

It has been an intense couple of weeks. Now that I am at uni, I want to start being more adventurous with the food I eat. The food of the street vendors looks and smells really interesting.

Emma's 1st entry - Hong Kong: The city of raining airconditioners

Hong Kong is so incredible different to anything I have ever known.  The air is thick and the clouds lie low, a sheath of moist dirt  constantly stuck to your skin. The city stretches on forever, to no  end. It is a sensation explosion with smells I have never experienced  and sights I could never have dreamt. I wanted to go to Hong Kong  because I thought it would be the most culturally different place in  comparison to Australia.
